At Golm, we support you in your efforts to be environmentally conscious, including when it comes to mobility - for example with e-charging stations for your electric car and the inexpensive Green Ticket.
Arrival: Your potential CO2e savings
Depending on your starting point, it is important to weigh up the options available to you for sustainable travel. The greenhouse gas savings potential when choosing a means of transport is often underestimated. From using public transport such as buses or trains to carpooling and traveling by electric car: there are now numerous environmentally friendly alternatives to traveling by car.
Green Ticket
In cooperation with VMOBIL, the mobility platform for Vorarlberg, we have set ourselves the goal of enabling you to travel by public transport in a cost-effective and environmentally friendly way.
Our motivation: to reduce greenhouse gas emissions as much as possible. Because the more people switch to bus and train, the better it is for climate protection.
In summer, the Green Ticket is not only valid as a ticket for public transport. The ascent and descent on the Golm is also included. As in winter, the same applies here: Show your ticket in the public transportation system and at the valley station: go straight through the turnstile!
In winter, it not only includes the day ticket for the Erlebnisberg Golm. It also includes travel by bus and train from all over Vorarlberg . Also included: the border stations St. Anton am Arlberg (Tyrol), Lindau (D) and Buchs / St. Margrethen (CH). Simply print out the voucher, show it as a ticket in the public transportation system and use it to buy your lift ticket at the cable car ticket office or at the ticket machine!
E-Mobility
If you are already traveling with an electric car , you have taken the first step towards sustainable travel. After all, in addition to traveling by public transport, electromobility will also be a key factor in reducing greenhouse gases in the future.
We want to support you in your decision to live and travel more sustainably. That's why we have further expanded the range of e-charging stations in our vacation region. You will find at Golm:
- 14 e-charging stations at the Vandans valley station
- 8 e-charging stations at the middle station in Latschau
Good to know:
The intelligent charging management of the e-charging stations provides your e-car with 5 kilowatts of power. This means that an electric car with a battery capacity of around 25 kilowatt hours can be fully charged in five hours.
In the meantime, you can enjoy carefree skiing down our perfectly groomed slopes, enjoy nature on one of our hiking trails or try out one of the many attractions on the adventure mountain.
