Sustainable feasting with a view: in the Panorama-Restaurant Grüneck regional dishes await you - from Austrian apple strudel to the original Montafon Keesknöpfli. The best thing: whether in the cozy dining room or on the sun terrace - here you can feast with a clear conscience. Because sustainability is a top priority here at the Golm.

  • We avoid plastic wherever possible.
  • Reusable products and large containers are our alternatives to plastic packaging.
  • Environmentally friendly products preferred: Our cleaning products with the EU Ecolabel are environmentally friendly and biodegradable.
  • For your sustainable enjoyment: Thanks to our suppliers, we spoil you with regional dishes and products from the Montafon.
  • Vegan and vegetarian delicacies: Meatless dishes have a fixed place on our menu.

Vegetarian & vegan indulgence

Currently, 25 percent of our dishes are vegan or vegetarian. Why do we place so much emphasis on meat-free dishes? Firstly, because we know: Vegetarian and vegan dishes taste fantastic. On the other hand, not eating meat saves an incredible amount of greenhouse gases.

Want an example?

The production and delivery of a dish such as a pork Wiener schnitzel with fries and cranberries generates around 1.25 kilograms of CO2e per portion. 

In comparison: If you decide for a dish without meat, this means a significantly lower greenhouse gas footprint: a plate of spaghetti with bell peppers cream sauce would only produce 0.60 kg of CO2e

bewusstmontafon: Quality food from the region

This much is certain: regionality is a matter close to our hearts here at the Golm. That's why the Panorama-Restaurant Grüneck is a member of bewusstmontafon an initiative of farmers, restaurateurs and retailers throughout the Montafon.

The aim: to create awareness for mindful consumption and to be able to offer you as a guest local, regional food of the highest quality. In doing so, we are not only making a contribution to sustainable gastronomy - we are also supporting large and small businesses in our region.

May we introduce: our suppliers

Regional delicacies and seasonal treats await you at Golm. But where exactly do the products come from? We guarantee: from Austria - mainly from Vorarlberg. Here is an overview of our suppliers and products:

  • Metzgerei Salzgeber supplies us with local beef and pork from the Montafon.
  • Regional with the AMA seal of quality: We obtain milk and dairy products mainly from Vorarlberg via Vorarlberg Milch eGen from Feldkirch.
  • The Martinshof farm provides us with fresh free-range eggs every day.
  • We obtain fruit and vegetables according to seasonal availability. Origin: Austria, mainly Vorarlberg or the Lake Constance region.
