What makes this walk a unique experience is not only the breathtaking view of the imposing mountain scenery but also the wooden sculptures created by local artist Roland Haas, as well as exciting insights into the lives of shepherds, the Maisäss (traditional alpine pasture land) culture and alpine history.

Route	Grüneck – Obere Latschätzalpe – Obere Sporaalpe – Lindauer Hütte – Untere Sporaalpe – Untere Latschätzalpe – Gauen – Latschau
Duration	approx. 5–6 hours (pure walking time: approx. 4 hours)
